This one is called, "Heather's Easy Turkey Bake"
Its super good, and we had it tonight. We all STUFFED ourselves, to finish off the dish, if that give's ya'll an idea of serving size (Timothy was stuffed, and he can put down almost 2 boxes of macaroni and cheese!)
Preheat oven to 350
4 cups leftover cooked turkey
1 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box turkey stuffing
1-2/3 cups hot water
Cream together turkey, sour cream, cheese, and soup, in a baking dish (cake-pan size, or large corningware dish), and level
In bowl, mix package of stuffing with hot water until just moistened, then pour over turkey mixture
Bake for 30 minutes, and serve hot! :)
